Manage your subscription
Cancel your subscription with the provider you paid. You can do this even if you've removed the app or no longer have a Cosyra account.
Web & CLI purchases
Paid through Stripe?
Open the billing portal and enter the email address you used at checkout. Stripe will email you a sign-in link. From there, select your Cosyra subscription and choose to cancel.
Manage or cancel on StripeStripe will show when your cancellation takes effect. You don't need to sign into Cosyra to manage your Stripe subscription.
Paid through an app store?
Manage your subscription with the Apple or Google account you used to subscribe. App Store and Google Play purchases won't appear in Stripe.
Need help finding your subscription?
Check your receipt for the billing provider and email address. If you still need help, contact hello@cosyra.com.
Cancellation is separate from account deletion. Deleting the app or your Cosyra account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel with your billing provider before deleting your account.
