1. Using Cosyra

8. Paid Plans and Billing

8.1 Free Trial and Paid Plans

Cosyra offers a free trial for new users. After the trial period, a paid Pro subscription is required for continued access. Plan features are described at the time of purchase.

8.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies. If you have concerns about charges, you may request a refund through the App Store or Google Play, or contact us at hello@portablesoftware.co.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through your account settings in the app. For instructions, visit our account deletion page. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — please cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings before deleting your account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COSYRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cosyra from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@portablesoftware.co. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 60 days.

14.3 Arbitration

If we can't resolve the dispute informally, you agree to resolve it through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted in English.

Opt-out: You can opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of creating your account. Include your name, email, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.

You agree to resolve disputes with us individually and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or unauthorized access to the Service.
